Terms and Conditions 9sl — Official Platform Terms of Use

1Definitions & Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the 9sl.run website and the 9sl mobile app available for download.
• "User" or "You" refers to any individual who registers, accesses, or uses the services offered by the 9sl platform.
• "We" or "9sl" refers to the company that owns and operates the 9sl.run platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a user on the 9sl platform.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total funds available in a user's account for wagering and gaming purposes.
• "Bonus" refers to any bonus credits, cashback, rewards, or incentives offered by 9sl to users.
• "Rollover" or "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum wagering amount that must be met before a bonus can be converted into withdrawable funds.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required to protect your account and comply with anti-money laundering policies.

2Account Eligibility

To register and use the 9sl platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and while using the platform.
2. You must be an individual registering in your own name — registration on behalf of another person is not permitted.
3. You must not have been declared bankrupt or subject to a debt management order that prevents you from entering into financial agreements.
4. You must not appear on the self-exclusion list of any responsible gaming regulatory body.
5. You must not access the platform from any jurisdiction where online betting activities are prohibited by law.

3Registration & KYC Verification

The 9sl registration process is designed to be fast and straightforward without compromising security. Here is what you need to know:

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, phone number and active email address. You are responsible for ensuring all such information remains current should any changes occur.

One account only is permitted per individual, IP address, residential address, and device. If 9sl detects multiple accounts linked to the same individual, all accounts involved may be suspended or terminated.

KYC Verification is required before your first withdrawal request is processed. Accepted documents include:

• Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad) — both sides
• Valid passport
• Recent bank statement or utility bill (for address verification)

4Deposits & Withdrawals

9sl supports a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia to make your deposit and withdrawal transactions seamless.

Accepted Deposit Methods: DuitNow, FPX (all major Malaysian banks), Touch 'n Go eWallet and Boost. All deposits are processed instantly and credited to your account balance within seconds of transaction confirmation.

Withdrawal are processed in under 3 minutes for requests that have completed KYC verification and meet all relevant requirements. Withdrawals to Malaysian bank accounts are processed via FPX or direct bank transfer.

Withdrawal Limits & Conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM30 per request.
• Maximum daily withdrawal: subject to your account's VIP level.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used (except in certain circumstances approved by the 9sl finance team).
• Any wins from bonuses must meet the stated rollover requirements before a withdrawal is processed.

5Bonuses & Promotions

9sl offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and rollover requirements.

General Bonus Terms:

• Each bonus has a rollover requirement (wagering requirement) that must be met before any withdrawal can be made from a balance containing bonus funds.
• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per valid new account.
• 9sl reserves the right to modify, withdraw or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to the full discretion of management.
• Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts or arbitrage wagering designed to circumvent rollover requirements — may result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.
• Each promotion has its own validity period. Bonuses not used within the specified period will expire automatically.

6Game Rules

All games available on the 9sl platform are operated in accordance with the specific rules for each game type. Users are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before participating.

Game Results: All game results are final once a round is completed and confirmed by the system. No disputes may be raised against results that have been processed and credited or deducted from the account balance.

Technical Disruption: In the rare event of a technical disruption during an active game round, 9sl will investigate using recorded game logs and make a decision based on the actual game state at the time of the disruption. The technical team's decision in such cases is final.

Invalid Betting: 9sl reserves the right to void any bets placed using unauthorised methods, including the use of automated software, bots or betting systems that violate the platform's terms of use.

7Account Security

Your account security is a shared responsibility between you and 9sl. The following are your responsibilities as an account holder:

• Keep your password confidential and do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Not use another person's account or allow others to use your account.
• Report to 9sl immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.
• Use a strong password and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) available in your account settings.

9sl uses 256-bit SSL encryption for all communications between your browser or app and our servers. Your bank card or e-wallet account details are not stored on 9sl's servers — all transactions are processed through PCI-DSS certified payment gateways.

8Account Suspension & Termination

9sl reserves the right to temporarily suspend or terminate a user's account under the following circumstances:

• User provided false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• User found to hold more than one active account.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities have been detected on the account.
• User violates any of the terms stated in this document.
• User engaged in bonus abuse or the use of prohibited wagering methods.
• Request by the user themselves to close the account.

Where an account is terminated due to a breach of terms by the user, 9sl reserves the right to forfeit the account balance including any undrawn winnings and bonuses, upon completion of a full investigation.

9Responsible Gaming

9sl takes problem gambling seriously and is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. We offer the following tools free of charge to all users:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to manage your spending.
• Loss Limit: Set the maximum loss limit within your chosen time period.
• Session Time Limit: Receive reminders or set a daily play time limit.
• Time Out: Self-exclude from the platform for 24 hours, one week, one month, or longer as needed.

10Disclaimer

9sl shall not be liable for any loss, damage or claim arising from:

• Service interruptions caused by factors beyond 9sl's control, including third-party internet infrastructure failures, natural disasters or force majeure events.
• Use of the platform by a user in violation of the stated terms of use.
• Losses incurred in games as a result of the user's own betting decisions.
• Unauthorised access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

The 9sl platform is provided "as is" and while we make every effort to ensure continuous availability, we do not guarantee that the service will be available without interruption at all times.

11Terms and Conditions Amendment

9sl reserves the right to modify, update or improve this Terms and Conditions document at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via:

• A notice on the 9sl platform homepage at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
• Email notification to the user's registered email address.
• In-app notifications on the 9sl mobile app (where applicable).

Continued use of the 9sl platform after the effective date of any amended terms is considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account by contacting 9sl customer support.
